About
I build with AI. I am not a software engineer.
If you run a business and want AI to do actual work, not demos, you are who I write for.
Based in Fort Lee / Edgewater, NJ, working across NJ and NYC.
I hold NJ and NY real estate licenses and work as a business broker in New York City.
I'm not a software engineer. I build with AI: assistants, coding agents, automations and local models, wired together to handle real work. This site is where I document it: AI news filtered for operators, honest reviews of the tools I pay for, and a journal of what I'm building.
