The AI Content Team: A Visual Concept I Want to Apply

I came across an 8-slide Instagram carousel by @ai.ainow that lays out a content operation as a team of seven AI roles (Researcher, Hook Writer, Script Writer, Designer, Analyst, Manager and Publisher) with the creator setting direction and making the final call. I liked it enough to translate it into English and keep the look of the original.

All credit for the concept, the artwork and the layout goes to @ai.ainow. The slides below are an English adaptation of their Korean carousel. I changed the language and little else.

The idea in one line

Treat content like a small studio. One person sets the direction, and each stage of the work (research, hooks, scripts, visuals, numbers, scheduling, posting) has its own owner and its own checklist.

The slides

Slide 1: the AI content team overview

Slide 2: the Researcher role

Slide 3: the Script Writer role

Slide 4: the Designer role

Slide 5: the Analyst role

Slide 6: the Manager role

Slide 7: the Publisher role

Slide 8: the full team overview

The Hook Writer is the one role without its own slide. It appears on the overview slides, where its job is writing the first line and picking the angle.

What is pictured and what is real

  • This is a concept. I have not built this team, and nothing here describes a system that is running for me today.
  • The tool logos in the slides (Google Docs, Figma, Canva, ChatGPT, Photoshop, social platforms and others) are pictured, not connected. I am not claiming they are wired together or work automatically.
  • The numbers, dashboards and post titles inside the artwork are illustrative sample content from the original design. They are not my results.
  • The English text is my translation. One small caption on the last slide was partly hidden in the source image, so that line is my best reading of it.

My take

What I like is the structure. A clear owner for each stage, a short list of outputs per role, and one person making the final call. That is a model I want to apply to my own content, one role at a time, starting with whichever stage costs me the most time. If I build any of it, I will write up what actually worked, with real numbers.
