Terms of Service
The rules for using jadenhong.io and buying from Jaden Hong.
Who we are
jadenhong.io is operated by Jinwoo Hong, a sole proprietor doing business as "Jaden Hong", based in New Jersey, USA. Contact: contact@jadenhong.io.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this site or buy anything from it. By using the site or making a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Accounts
Some products may require an account or login (for example, a membership portal or Discord seat). You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at contact@jadenhong.io if you think someone else has used your account.
Products and prices
We currently offer:
- The Free Letter (Free). A weekly email. No payment required.
- The AI Operator Playbook ($49 one-time). A digital download. Included free with Inner Circle.
- The Inner Circle ($99/mo or $990/yr). An auto-renewing membership. 2 months free.
- The Concierge ($2,500 one-time, by request only). A custom AI agent build.
Prices are in USD and may change. The price shown at purchase is the price you pay.
Purchases and payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement shows "JADEN HONG". We do not store full card numbers on this site.
Subscriptions and auto-renewal
The Inner Circle renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose) until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method for the then-current price.
Cancel anytime online through your billing portal (opens in a new tab) or by emailing contact@jadenhong.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds for unused time after that period starts, except as described in the Refund Policy or as required by law.
License to digital content
When you buy a digital product or join a membership, you get a personal license for your own use or for internal use inside your business. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, or turn the materials into a competing product. We may revoke access if you break these terms.
Educational content only
Everything on this site (including the letter, the playbook, membership materials, and Concierge work) is educational and for operators who want to work with AI. It is not legal, tax, or financial advice, and not advice about investments. Results are not guaranteed. Your outcomes depend on your own effort, tools, and decisions.
Affiliate and referral links
Some links are referral links. I may earn a credit or commission at no cost to you. I only list tools I use.
Intellectual property
The site design, writing, playbook, and other materials are owned by Jinwoo Hong, a sole proprietor doing business as "Jaden Hong", or by our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them beyond the license above without written permission.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Break the law or use the site to harm others
- Scrape, overload, or disrupt the site
- Share membership or digital content outside the license above
- Attempt to access accounts or systems you do not own
- Misrepresent who you are when contacting us or joining a waitlist
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jinwoo Hong, a sole proprietor doing business as "Jaden Hong", is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase in the twelve months before the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in New Jersey have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law in your place of residence requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. For material changes that affect an active paid subscription, we will try to give reasonable notice by email when we have your address.
