Refund Policy
How refunds and cancellations work for paid products on jadenhong.io.
Who we are
Sales on jadenhong.io are made by Jinwoo Hong, a sole proprietor doing business as "Jaden Hong", based in New Jersey, USA. Contact: contact@jadenhong.io. Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card statement shows "JADEN HONG".
The AI Operator Playbook ($49 one-time)
This is a one-time digital download. If you want a full refund, email contact@jadenhong.io within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, purchases are not refundable unless required by law.
The Inner Circle ($99/mo or $990/yr)
This is an auto-renewing subscription. First-time subscribers can request a full refund within 14 days of their first payment by emailing contact@jadenhong.io.
Cancel anytime online through your billing portal (opens in a new tab) or by emailing contact@jadenhong.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then. We do not give partial refunds for the unused part of a period that has already started. Renewals are not refunded unless required by law.
The Concierge ($2,500 one-time)
This is a one-time, by-request custom build. 50% refund if cancelled before the build starts, no refund once the build begins. Except where the law requires otherwise.
How to request a refund
Email contact@jadenhong.io with the email you used to pay, the product name, and the approximate purchase date. Please write to us before filing a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Timing after that depends on your bank or card issuer.
The Free Letter
The Free Letter costs nothing. There is nothing to refund.
